Most of us have a low emotional threshold for the events that happen around us. We are easily triggered, constantly flip-flopping between different states and there is a lack of balance.

Because of this we become trapped in our emotional body. And your emotional body ends up running your life and manifestation.

Your emotional body will continue to 'reject' your new beliefs until you learn to trascend your current nervous system and EXPAND past it.

In doing so, you also raise your threshold which attacks the problem at the core - sensitivity to life's events, which allows you to finally, once and for all, embody love and safety for long enough to see it reflected back to you in your physical experience.
